AFAIK you do not need any drivers for monitors. The essentials are the horizontal and vertical frequencies - horizontal in kHz and vertical in Hz. The vertical is also known as the refresh rate. I don't know the specifications for the Samsung monitor but I use an acer AL707 which is also not listed in the database.
